This ancient practice, transmitted through the Tantras dating back to the 8th century, has been adapted to our time notably by Jean Klein and Eric Baret.<\/p>\n<p>It does not promise immediate liberation, but invites us to explore the inner barriers that prevent the full realization of our true nature. This approach is often referred to as the &#8220;negative path&#8221; because it focuses on letting go of what we are not in order to reveal what we truly are. It is through seeing clearly, without judgment or commentary, what keeps us from being free that we are liberated.<br \/>\n<strong>A profound exploration through the body and sensations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kashmiri yoga prioritizes body work and the attentive listening of sensations. By becoming aware of our judgments, expectations, and tendency to control, this practice brings us back to a clear and intimate perception of reality, as it is.<\/p>\n<p>Each yoga class, workshop, or retreat I offer allows for a meditative exploration based on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Breath and bodily sensations<\/li>\n<li>Points of support and lines of flight in the body, promoting energy circulation<\/li>\n<li>Poses that awaken sensitivity and invite a state of inner tranquility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In this tradition, meditation is not an action to be performed, but a state to be felt unfolding. The poses are experienced in the present moment, without attachment to the past or projection into the future, allowing a total immersion in the present.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Online yoga classes, in Lausanne, immersive workshops in Switzerland, and retreats in Europe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The collective and private yoga classes, online and in Lausanne, offer a progressive introduction to this practice, accessible to everyone, regardless of age or level. They promote exploration in the moment, focusing on the listening of psycho-corporeal resistances and presence to oneself.<\/p>\n<p>To deepen this exploration, I also offer immersive weekend workshops in Switzerland and retreats in Europe. These experiences allow you to dive into the subtle art of listening, characteristic of Kashmiri yoga.
