Welcome

Vanessa Langer

I am Vanessa Langer, a certified sex therapist in clinical sexology from the University of Geneva, a somatic practitioner (Psycho-Sexual Somatic Therapy), an anthropologist, and a yoga teacher.

My background has allowed me to explore many fields related to the body, emotions, and sexuality. Since 2018, I have been practicing in Lausanne as a therapist, offering a sex-positive and inclusive approach where everyone can find a space for exploration and transformation, regardless of their experiences or identity. I approach sexuality and intimacy in a creative way and welcome individuals in various types of relationships: exclusive, polyamorous, open relationships, etc.

APPROACH
Deeply rooted in listening and welcoming the present moment, my approach is experiential and sensory, where feeling is at the core of the explorations. It is based on the use of varied tools designed to:

  • Raise awareness of one’s representations, beliefs, and ways of functioning in order to open new perspectives on oneself and relationships.
  • Foster deep sensory listening to reconnect with one’s body.
  • Support emotional release, traumatic liberation, and psycho-emotional imprints by providing a safe and nurturing space.
  • Learn to self-regulate the nervous system and access personal resources.

I offer individual sex therapy and psycho-emotional therapy sessions in Lausanne and online, group workshops on intimacy, tantra, BDSM, kinky sexuality, and creative sexuality, as well as Kashmir Yoga classes and retreats in Switzerland and Europe.

My work, which is shaped by theoretical, sociocultural, artistic, therapeutic, and sensory research, invites individuals to explore themselves from multiple perspectives in a nurturing and transformative environment.
